I have been engaged in many different activities on the Internet over the past fourteen years. As of this writing, I am still involved in SFF Net (where you will find some of my poetry) and the Science Fiction Poetry Association, for which I volunteered for three years as the Website coder. And, I maintain the Website for our local unprogrammed Friends meeting, Red River Friends.
Since 1984, when I quit my IT job with a regional bank, I have worked as a freelance editor, writer, and, off and on, a typist, doing business as The Written Word. I also sell or license the occasional photo.
During 2009 NaNoWriMo, in lieu of writing a novel, this year, I am attempting to write 30 poems, one for each day of the month. Currently, they are at The Art of the Moment. (Not done with tagging them, yet.)
Note: You might enjoy a visit to the 2009 Science Fiction Poetry Association Halloween Poetry Reading, where you'll find audio recordings of SFPA members reading their own Halloween-themed poems. This is is my fourth year coordinating the event, initiated and guided by Karen Romanko, SFPA V.P.
